Rivkah says that I can help smooth things over with her father, Natan, by bringing a peace offering: a bottle of rare Red Harvest Reserve Whiskey. A local bartender, Jack, may know where I can get some.

According to Rivkah, Natan should be staying at The Hotel Volii in Neon. I need to go there and try to find him.

I went to the Hotel Volii. Natan is staying in one of the rooms, I just need to figure out which one.

I've found Natan. Now, to speak with him and try to resolve this situation with Rivkah, one way or another.
