I was able to persuade the bank robbers to release their hostages and surrender. I need to let Marshal Blake know.
I need to get into GalBank so I can take out the bank robbers and free the hostages. I can ask to see the hostages and make sure they're safe, or sneak in through the back.

Members of the Shaw Gang tried to rob the GalBank in Akila City. Caught in the act, they took hostages and locked themselves inside. I was able to persuade the bank robbers to release their hostages and surrender.
