3Ship missile weapons do 30% more damage, and their Targeting mode cost is reduced by 60%.

Crew skills operate differently from the player's skills. Crew skill bonuses don't stack with each other (only the highest rank applies), but they do stack with your skills. For certain skills, rank doesn't matter, and the bonuses remain the same.
