Faris Landing, LTT 10823
The trading's been going on well. Once I established a few reliable routes, all that's left to do was jumping through the systems in loops, loading and unloading the right cargos at the right stations, making some bargains, and then the profit just kept coming. By the end of the day, the credit in my account has hit 10 million.
It may not be much to most pilots out there, but I consider this a milestone in my career. It's almost funny how merely a week ago I was still on Trevithick Dock, living day by day on the meager wages, and now I'm standing here, watching as the last 100 tons of superconductor getting loaded off my Type-6. Life has exceeded my expectations in every way. If I were given 10 million one week ago, I would probably happily retire to an ordinary life. But now I've experienced so much, and there is still so much more to see. There is no way I'm stopping anytime soon.
Well anyways, this is a day to celebrate. I'm going to hit the top shelf of the local bar later. Nothing could ruin this day for me.
CMDR Li, signing off.
