I was born in a family of miners. Ironically, my zodiac sign (for who believes this stuff) is Capricorn and I was born on the tail of it: Deneb Algedi. I lived my childhood in Burke Port and I always found it quite suffocating.
As soon as I managed to get my pilot license I used my spare money to buy my first Sidewinder... which I crashed one week later. My parents bought me another one and I promised I would learn how to fly it first, and repay it later.
In some years I was able to go on my own and take some jobs. I couldn't wait to leave that awful and stinking station, but I knew I would have missed the white and bright light of my home star soon or later.
