Where Lucien is from is anyone's guess but what is known is he was found in the burning wreckage of a Cobra without an ID number a few years ago. The commander at the helm had perished but Lucien's life support hung on long enough for a rescue. He sustained lost vision in one eye from whatever put the Cobra into that position.

Over the years, he's stayed grounded until recently, he got his license back and took to the skies again. Still, no one's quite sure where he's from.
