Lucifer Petra Joanna Feonix, or Lucy for short, is a Pilot's Federation-certified Commander serving with distinction in both the naval and ground forces of Alchemy Den, serving as the command officer of the A.D.S.S. Xiwangmu's Longevity. She moved her operations to Alchemia Virginis in the 59 Virginis system in 3307, after a brief campaign in support of Zermina Torval.

Early Life
Born in 3288 on Sol to a middle-class family, she lived the majority of her early childhood in Europe. She attended both primary and secondary school in the Netherlands, learning both Dutch and English to a near-native or native degree. While initially not academically notable and achieving mediocre results in most areas, with a lot of practice and discipline she eventually started excelling around the time of her secondary school education, causing her to be scouted out by the Pilot's Federation.

As a Cadet, Feonix particularly excelled at the more tedious, low-pressure tasks, specialising in cargo and passenger missions. This does not, however, mean that she was not good at combat or too impatient for exploration - in fact, she was noted by her superiors to be proficient in commanding fighters around the battlefield; though it should be noted that she is not particularly good at flying fighters herself. In addition, she is sufficiently proficient with navigator's tools to be considered for exploration and long-distance passenger missions.
During her training on planetary landings, she demonstrated a fondness for a technique known as "Lithobraking", where the pilot rams the ship into the ground to cancel all momentum, forcing the shield of the ship to take the brunt of the damage. This earned her the nickname of "Lithobrake" amongst her peers, a name that she still goes by today.
At the 25th of December 3305, Lucy graduated the Pilot's Federation Academy as a full-fledged Commander, with command over her own Mk-I Sidewinder, as supplied to every Commander. She christened this ship the Phoenix LF-001, after her own last name.

During her few years in secondary school, she met her fiancé, who now serves as a bridge officer on the Xiwangmu's Longevity.

Pilot's Federation Career
After her graduation, Feonix stuck around the Pilot's Federation District for roughly six months, building up enough wealth to buy a ship for every major role - combat, exploration and trade. In this time she largely ran data and cargo missions, as she was not confident in the Phoenix's ability to hold its own in combat, and the relative safety of the PFD was too alluring to go exploring. Before long, in addition to the Phoenix, she now had to her name a Hauler, an Eagle Mk-II and an Adder.

Not long after attaining these ships, she moved her operations to the Synteini system in support of Senator Zemina Torval. While attaining good relationships with the Sovereign Justice Collective, she gradually came to resent the Senator for her staunch stances on slavery, taking part in a revolt herself in late 3306. While she and her compatriots were able to force the Majestic-class Enforcer sent by the authorities, the INV Senator's Grace, to retreat thanks to the strategies devised by Commander Feonix, the group incurred heavy losses. The survivors scattered across the Bubble, with Feonix moving to the system of 59 Virginis, home of Alchemy Den.

For a while, she operated independently from Alchemy Den in the area, building up reputation with the local factions and learning of the system's internal structure. Before long, she joined the biggest power in the region, Alchemy Den, and set up a base of operations for herself in the Tavern, the faction's main station, in orbit of Alchemia Virginis. During her time with the power, she gradually moved away from her old specialties of cargo and passenger running in favour of open combat. In her support of Alchemy Den's economy, she earned the Pilot's Federation rank of Elite in the field of trade, as well as the rank of Dignitary in the internal structure of the faction, having since become a known face among their ranks.

When the faction's economy became more stable, Feonix temporarily went freelance again, choosing to gain influence in both the Federal and Imperial auxiliary navies. Rising through the ranks, she currently holds the Imperial title of Duke and the Federal rank of Rear Admiral. This enables her to buy and maintain specialised ships, specifically models usually reserved for the respective superpowers' navies. It is known, however, that if the two powers go to war with each other, that she will side with neither; preferring to stay independent.

After this, Feonix added a specialised Python to her fleet - the Huanghe's Fortune AD-HHF - in order to run passengers from Robigo Mines to Sirius Atmospherics in the Sothis system, becoming one of the chief transporters there, even earning the nickname "Robigo Queen" among her friends in Alchemy Den. Running this taxi for over two months, she eventually attained enough wealth to purchase a mobile base of operations for herself, a fleet carrier, the A.D.S.S. Dragon Dance. In running these missions, she also attained the Pilot's Federation rank of Elite in the field of Exploration, though it is arguable whether this is deserved, seeing as she has not undergone any major expeditions.

After attaining her third Elite rank in the field of Combat, Feonix set out to specialise her fleet in every nominal function one could specialise a ship in, spending over a billion in outfitting and hull costs at Jameson Memorial. This results in her having an extensive fleet of forty-one ships tailor-made for a very specific purpose.

Current Operations
The A.D.S.S. Dragon Dance is generally stationed in orbit around Alchemia Virginis, though Feonix often moves it in support of Alchemy Den's activities, as she has rejoined the fray in support of her allies.

Feonix favours large-sized vessels such as her Imperial Cutter Jade Emperor AD-YHR and Federal Corvette Frostfair Blade AD-LYJ, but she is known to possess one of every vessel that is commercially and non-commercially available. She is rumoured to have a purpose for each of these ships, though it is currently unknown whether this fleet of ships is actually operational.

Currently, she is out with the rest of Alchemy Den on the annual New Year New Discoveries expedition in the Azure Dragon AD-QLG.
