Alex McNeill, aka Cmdr. Quendel was born and raised on Blackwell Station in the Huangais system. Growing up in a system on the edge of Felicia Winter's sphere of influence they witnessed conflict between federal and imperial forces early in life. By early 3306 they finished their training with the Pilots Federation in Matet and then returned to Huangais. After working as a mercenary in Maridwyn they joined the Federal Navy to support Felicia Winters and, most importantly, to fight for freedom against the forces of the Empire. After Huangais Republic Party tried to hire them for an attack on civilians they decided to leave their home system. They went to Zandu where they soon joined forces with the Star Chasers faction and were able to acqire guardian technology. They currently live on Vaucanson Hub.
