The ship's name was given after its maiden mining voyage, when it was discovered that SOMEONE FORGOT TO BUY LIMPETS.
Originally built for laser mining, it was discovered that mining is just not the cash COW it was assumed to be. It's been refitted to haul whatever to wherever suckers are paying too much for commodities. It flies like a big rig sliding down an icy mountain road, and it sure is fun waiting on everyone to go through the mail slot so I can have some ROOM.
