INV Dauntless was the third ship added to CMDR Quatermain's fleet. She served as a mission runner, passenger liner and mining ship.
She is currently in dry dock in Cubeo, for refitting to respond to the Thargoid Invasion. She will specialise in combating Thargoid scouts.
