System : Omega Sector VE-Q b5-15
Arived at Omega Mining Corporations. This is our second pitstop before a long journey. The system is very hostile, but the security force is well trained and acting immediately.
We have encountered 3 pirates in the system, in two different locations. Succesfully eliminated them with the help of system security force. Many trade convoys are here for supply runs. The system and the station needs a lot of supplies to grow, also selling various raw metals and minerals in half price. Pirates are after almost all of them. Station is built inside a giant asteroid at the ring of the planet 7. Finally found a rescue station too, as I hoped. We handed over the escape pods, and sold all of the cartographic data to the station. Also collected 60 million credits from Power contact. It was there waiting for me for almost 5 weeks.
I have come across to several friendly guys at the passenger lounge. And gathered some information about what is going on around here and some interesting locations.
One security officer aproached and asked me if I can join them with my ship, for a day or two. Now I know how they act fast. They are asking every visitor to serve as security in the system if they have time and capable ship. Not mandatory though, but it is for the sake of a sanctuary in deepspace. We will be staying and joining the cause for couple of days. I think it will be a good practise time for the crew and especially the fighter squad, I also don't want to get rusty myself.
