It was time to refit the Kerr Avon in order to do some mining. Not that I want to be a miner, but the lure of an engineered hull is too much, so I'm off to find some rings and gather my 500t of minerals!So what did I learn on the way? Well, remember to restock on limpets. Running out before the cargo haul is full is pointless.
Also, watch out for the spinning rocks, as they can smash your limpets. Now I try and mine from the axis of rotation.
But, I soon had it sussed and managed to fill the hold with about 140t of the good stuff per run.
