"...Okay. Haven't done a log for some time but here I go with this one. Guess I just wanted to jot down my thoughts and experiences as I travel along with this Carrier and it's crew through deep space. My real names Isabella, Commander of The Star Hugger….It sounds stupid out loud. I know. But I like it and it's a good ship. Anyway. The first day was pretty solid. Made pretty good leeway aboard the Explorers Bar and Grill. Interesting name for a whole Carrier but I honestly think that's why I signed on for this expedition to Arm's End. The crew seems to be great and the food and drinks are just as good. Originally I had modified my ship for long range deep space exploration but when I heard of this carrier I had to check it out. So here I am riding along. You know it's my first time being in a carrier and jumping while inside. It's rather fascinating to experience. How the whole deck shakes as we pass through the witch-space portal."
<<Several second pause>>
"But being a part of a crew is a first to me. Usually I'm on my own with my ship and when I rest at a starport I usually avoid people and rest in my own picked resting area. Pass out and the next day I'm back in my ship doing whatever I'm doing. Here it's a little different. It's...smaller. It's smaller in a sense that it feels like there's more people and more familiar faces to see rather than a whole star port. Got my own area to sleep and a view port to look out into if I want which is really nice. Got lucky on this spot. Last one. But I really like it here. Good people. The first day we hit two big destinations. VY Canis Majoris was one of them. A large red supergiant. Biggest I've ever seen. Tried to fuel off it and got way too close to her. Nearly cooked myself to death. That was probably the only close call I've had so far besides a few run-ins with pirates before we left two days ago. But today we stopped by a Neutron Star and there happens to be a mining spot in the rings of a Gas Giant. We're here to get some Tritium and enjoy the view. I did a few runs collecting several loads and delivering them back here to the Carrier. I got a little tired so I'm taking a break from the chair and making this. I think now I'm going to head to the bar and get a drink and something to eat then come back here and sleep for a while. See what tomorrow holds. Not sure if I'll do another one of these but we'll see. Don't really know how to end these so...goodbye?"
