"So I've finally made it to the Crab Nebula and I must say, seeing the Nebula a jump away is a rather beautiful sight. But being inside it at the Crab Pulsar is an absolutely amazing sight. I've seen pictures of it when I was young so to be here where a once-living star died to create this Nebula is pretty spectacular. I mean this location has always been one of my many destination spots to reach at least once in my life and now I'm finally here. So now it's in my flight record. My visitation is permanent. I was here."
"I scanned the Crab Pulsar system and found a total of eight sister stars. Three of which are main sequence Red Dwarf stars. The rest being Brownies. Aka Brown Dwarfs. There's two planets. Ones a Gas Giant, the others a rocky planet that looks like hell, literally. Didn't bother to head to any of them but I might check out that Gas Giant later. But I definitely took in that view a little longer before jumping into the neighbouring system that's human-controlled and docked with no other than "Station X". Probably one of the coolest asteroid bases I've ever seen. It sits right next to a sister T Tauri star of this binary system. Tucked in with an asteroid cluster in close orbit to the star. I personally have never been to an asteroid base that isn't in the rings of a Gas Giant so this is a first. The people here are really friendly too. A little over-friendly and happy I might add. Maybe it's just me. My last experience with people got me cuts and bruises and since then I've been on my own for days. It's probably just me....eh. I'm not the best with people let alone reading them. But hey, the bar has probably the best food I've had in a long long time. So there's that, right."
"I'm probably going to stay here for a few days and rest. I haven't really stopped since...June. I've been trying to break up my flight times to each point of interest so I don't get over fatigued and make mistakes or fall asleep at the Helm. You know how many Commanders do that? Anyways, this little ship has been really good to me. I've used a Diamondback Explorer before, in fact, it was my first ever exploration ship. Sold it, regrettably, for the next best exploration vessel. Asp Explorer that sits halfway across the galaxy in a glorified storage hold. But I'm back in Diamondback. "The Star Hugger"!"

"Much cooler sounding in my head, to be honest. But hey, I've got her buffed out for deep space exploration, unlike the last time I had her. Got the Frame Shift Drive heavily modified for maximum jump range. Modified the Sensors to be lighter as well as the thrusters and modified my Detailed Surface Scanner to have the launched probes scan a wider surface area on celestial bodies. She can jump sixty-three light-years total and being a lightweight ship with lightweight alloy plating, she maneuvers gracefully and has pretty good top speed. She also handles fuel scooping extremely well when regulating heat in the reactor bay. I can usually stay beside G up to A class stars for a good chunk of time before I reach damaging critical temperatures. To which a heat sink helps tremendously if I don't want to pull away. So as you can see, I named my ship perfectly. She's a little star hugger. Anyways, I've wasted enough time with this. I'm getting this Remlok suit off and heading to my sleeping quarters to crash. Commander logging off."
