<<Isabella sighs>>

"Where do I even begin with all this? Uhh, well it's been more than a few days now since I left Thor's Helmet Nebula. I'm currently sitting here in the Achenar system above Capitol and waiting for my father to arrive as he's currently here and I want to talk to him. There's actually quite a bit that happened since I left towards Barnard's Loop and me being here back in the bubble. Starts with me reaching the Orion Nebula. That's where I heard about the Thargoid attack in the Witch Head Nebula. Decided I'd jump over there and help with the little knowledge of fighting Thargoids that I have. Luckily for me, there were helpful Commanders to share information on how to fight them. Actually got a digital manual that's from the Anti-Xeno Initiative about fighting Thargoids. Apparently, a good starter ship is the Krait MkII so I headed to Shinrarta Dezhra to buy the Krait and kit it out to fight Thargoids. A day and a half later, she's armed up and ready to take on Thargoids in the Witch Head Nebula. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't fit on heavy enough weapons, preferably Guardian Gauss cannons, to take out Interceptors. Only AX Multi-cannons. So I mostly stuck to scouts and boy let me tell you, those little guys are nasty in large numbers. Had to tweak my shields with Guardian Reinforcement shielding models as at times a large group of them just chew through your shields. Came pretty close to losing my ship a few times. I couldn't always stay in the fight but I did adapt to fight better. Now I can take on seven at once. The ability to take punishment and dish it back out onto them quickly and efficiently. That's how I usually take out seven to eight. But interceptors are a whole new level of scary. For some veteran Commanders, Interceptors are a piece of pie. To me, they're a death-dealing machine. I tried once to take one….ended with a broken haul and a shattered canopy. Had to partner up with another Commander to try to take one on. Nearly killed one by destroying three of four hearts but we got pretty beat up and had to bug out."

<<Isabella scoffed slightly>>

"At least we sent them back hurting...wherever they're from. Anyways, they've been pushed out apparently as of October twenty-first so hopefully, everything stays relatively Anti-Thargoid for now. Today's the twenty-second and I'm here now in Achenar waiting for my father as I mentioned earlier. Wanted to spend a little bit of time and chat with at least one blood-related person. My mother doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned and I have no siblings so the only family I'm aware of is him. The closest thing to a mother or an actual parent for me was my Caretaker who was an Imperial slave. I wish I knew where she was now because I loved her even though I was tough with her as a child. Ah, she could be anywhere. I just hope she's no longer under slavery and is doing well out here. I mean Imperial Space recently is a lot more….dangerous than usual. I mean anywhere is dangerous but system enforcement is a bit more on edge. I understand the Imperial Navy is on a terrorist hunt for NMLA extremists but as a citizen, I'm surprised I was questioned. I was also attacked by some pilot too when coming here. Didn't even say anything, just deployed hardpoints and fired at me. Had to cold run my Diamondback as I don't have combat rated shields or weapons to defend myself. System authorities came in very quickly and destroyed the threat. Boy...welcome back to the bubble of humanity, Isabella. Jeez. I didn't even get his ship info or affiliation. I was in a panic of not being blown into pieces. Maybe Federation space is safer? I don't know. I'm going back into my home system anyway. Should be fine there. Plus I'm not letting some psychos decide if I'm safe or not. I'm planning on buying a combat ship anyway. Imperial Eagle probably. It's nimble, it's fast, and I can engineer it with some help. I mean I flew that ship when I was in the Imperial Navy. Never saw much combat. Not like my father probably. I just got stuck with patrolling. Ugh. That's another story."

<<COVAS–CELESTE: 'Incoming message.'>>

"Ah. Finally. I'm signing off now. Goodbye."
