"Ugh...it's been a long day for me. I'm here at...ugh. I can't even remember the starport I pulled in. Whatever, I'm here somewhere and about to hit the bunk and sleep forever I swear. But before, I guess a little update. I got to finally talk to my father after a decade. Last time I talked to him I was seventeen and heading into the Imperial Navy as a daughter of a Captain. Being a Captain's daughter didn't get me anything. If anything I hated the academy and the learning of boring Imperial history. Well...some of it wasn't so bad but my overall time wasn't the best. I did it to make my father proud. Though farther in I learned to pilot the Imperial Eagle and got pretty good at it. My small wing and I were really good at the simulations and we topped every other in the class. That was about the only real fun and exciting thing I did until graduating and being sent out on constant patrols and escorts. Anyway, we had a good time I think. I had to ask about my mother. Apparently, she's into Imperial Politics. She's an Imperial Client so I guess that's interesting. I only saw her during ceremonies and man those weren't really fun. I dreaded those to be completely honest. The only person that knew about my displeasure was my caretaker and she simply told me to suck it up. So I did. But honestly, I don't think my mother really liked me. I don't want to make this too upsetting or anything but that's just how I feel about it. But I'm glad my father tried staying caught up with my life a little bit. His face said it all when he saw me the other day. I was in my adolescents when I last saw him. Now I'm an adult and I think he's facing some regrets. It was his direction he took though."

"Gosh, enough about my life. I'm going to talk about cool stuff! My father gave me some missions to handle for the Imperial Navy. Under the table kind of work. Since I'm a Freelancer Commander and much more flexible I obviously took it...but mainly because I rather not disappoint my father by saying no. What he gave me were some jobs to take care of this Cartel Organization in a neighbouring system. They were causing logistical problems for the Imperial Navy and he gave me some bounty hunting jobs to take out 'important' leaders of their Cartel. I also got a hefty job on trying to take control over a captured system called Caspatsuria. President Zachary Hudson of the Federation has control over it. Job details are classified and that's that. Ah, and speaking about the Federation, they're now protecting Marlinists and letting them into their systems. Tensions are starting to build now."
<<Isabella scoffed>>
"I mean...I don't like politics too much nor try to get into it as I rather explore new places in the galaxy, but I come back home to all this mess with Neo-Marlinism and Marlinists sympathizer stuff. I mean it's hard not to get involved especially when they come to you about it all. Ugh, and now the Federation is protecting these people trying to play good guy which will only make it worse. In fact, the CEO of Safeguard Interstellar, Beaumont, said in a Galnet article the other day that 'ex-citizens of the Empire have suffered at the hands of their own government, and now seek freedom from persecution.' The Federation saying the Imperial government is causing their citizens, or ex-citizens, to suffer. Ironic coming from them as they barely take care of their own leaving the poor to suffer. These people chose the side they wanted to be on by adopting Marlinism. Let them flood Federation space. That's all I have to say on that."
<<Isabella sighs deeply>>
"Anyways. For these jobs I'm doing I've had to order my Krait MkII and replace the Anti-Xeno weapons I had on it with standard weapons. My three medium hardpoints have been replaced with Multi Cannons and where I had my Flak Cannon and Guardian Gauss cannon I put a Plasma Accelerator. I also removed the decimation module and replaced it with a fighter bay to which I introduce my newest crew member, Hillary Myers. She's not here with me right now as she's somewhere on the station but she's great. Her story is that she's a mum, her son had joined the Imperial Guard, and she couldn't sit around and do nothing so she looked to be hired. She apparently has some experience in piloting as she protected farmers from Marauders. Today we pulled off our first crackdown on the Cartel of Alacagui and at times we were ambushed by several of these guys when trying to deal with one. Myers held up really really well when taking on four or five of these guys at once and as a team, we're pretty good. But she really is impressive and professional though. I like her. Glad I have her as my crew. My only crew, really. We've also been taking side jobs as well like data transfers for extra credits and support for local factions. Anyways, I'm pretty tired from today so I'm crashing. That's all I have for now. Commander logging off."
