The First Trek - Colonia
17 Sep 2023Tensar
After an accumulated 15 hours of jumping we aboard the Spaceball One (XBH-15H) have finally made it to Colonia from Diaguandri. The trip took several weeks longer than anticipated due to a few stops made along the way to gather some scan data for arrival. We had thought to use several pages of first scans to boost the reputation with the Colonia Council, but when we got here we found that it was hardly necessary the cash however was a nice drink after a long trek.Everyone on this trek has expressed awe at their first trip outside civilized space, I for one am enjoying the change, its nice to finally be making roads and jumping out into our own personal unknowns.
Several of the trips members have plans on picking a direction, jumping out and then setting their galactic map to just show systems that they have not been to yet. In order to make best attempt at creating a large gap of systems on the map that they can call their own with Commander Tags when the work is done. Some of us are planning to make inroads to work on the engineers out here, to introduce ourselves and beg their expertise. So far the carrier has held up well, our maintenance routines have kept any minor issues from springing into larger issues. The upkeep costs for the staff and servicing are a drop in the bucket now so we do not have to worry about this trip running our wallets dry.
Well best to get some shut eye, tomorrow should be interesting.
