Headed back to Tanaka Gateway, picked up a strong signal source along the way. Turned out to be a bunch of gold sitting there! Knowing it to be a trap, I waited for them to spring it, but got impatient and dropped my cargo scoop and smashed the canisters around a bit, announcing my presence...Suddenly a wing of 8 vultures drops, and I'm thinking: Game. Frackin. On!
... and then I was thinking "What's up with my engines? Why can't I Boost?"
Turns out I left the cargo scoop (to a 0-ton capacity cargo bay, btw) down... finally got the thrusters at full power and boosting... but shields are down already, and well, I'm back at Kora Pin and my credit balance is 3mil lighter.
What a classic mistake.
Speaking of classics: picked up a new radio signal - diggin it.
