Lost Souls II Day 4 - So Far So Good

I've gone off the beaten path for the last few days in order to put my mark on the universe. I've discovered and mapped a few new systems with some very interesting features but nothing to really make history with. This is the farthest I've ever been outside the bubble and the deep black of space is overwhelming to say the least. So far my ship is holding up pretty well aside from a little damage due to a landing misshape on a planet I camped out on overnight. Damn computer told me everything was fine to land but still slammed into something as I touched down. For the life of me I can't figure out why that stupid thing tells you everything is in the blue and then smacks you into shit. But it's minor damage and other than that everything is going pretty well. I'm only a few jumps away from the first way point now so I'm going to try to take a big chuck out of my travel time so I can do some sight seeing this weekend.
