*there is a sound of keys being pressed in the background*
(low voice) -Is this recording?, testing, testing, 1, 2, 3.-
(voice gets closer) -Oh, this is the mic it's currently using-
*the unknown voice acomodate in the helm chair while drinking some water*
-Well, this is my first log... Let's start with an introduction.- *he coughs a bit.*
(Who seems to be the commander of the ship introduces himself) -Here commander Piper, feel free to call me just piper.
To anyone listening I found this old computer, I'd tell it is from 2017 or something like that, and it had some recording capabilities.
After some coding and wiring i've hooked it up to the ship and seems to work just fine.
There was an old app that worked as a network to share travel logs and entries, It's what I'm currently using.
Nothing too complicated. Just a simple voice recorder, then it turns it into text and sends it to the void.-
-At least this is better than my old method.-
*Piper pulls out a notebook full of anotations*
-This prehistoric method was what I was using, pen and paper. It's a good practice, my hands tend to get "slow" over time.
However now I'm back in the bubble I use my hands for more things other than piloting. I've been working in a project I'll talk later about.
I'll read one of the anotations, this one is fun.- *he laughs a bit*
(reading with a silly voice) -'Day 1 of my expedition to nowhere, I found a planet with what are called "brain trees", They had a green color all over them.'
'I got to the SRV and approached them, after some "research maneouvers" (almost getting stuck on top of one) I returned to the ship and bookmarked the planet.'-
-And thats one of about 10 or so.-
-I want to expand more on the project I'm working, it's called Project Ragadast.
I joined an squadron, "ordo corona stellarum", very nice people, I was bored and told to myself, 'Lets make an AI for them!', what a great idea
I contacted the squadron leader, he accepted the proposal and I started to think what "he" could do.-
-Here is a list, if I know how to use this.-
(LOG33065242200.txt) <c:\Logs\> AddList(list="c:\Ragadast\functions.txt" )
Adding list to the log...
Done.
Ragadast current functionality:
- Get faction presence/ factions in a system
- Show faction expansion data
- Create squadron members porfiles to store info
- Clearing comms channel messages
-There are probably some more functions I'm forgetting but those are the main features.-
*not very good sounding electronic sounds are heared behind piper's voice*
(Piper gets up and goes see what is happening) -Oh shit, the coolant is leaking-
*he pulls a fire stinguisher and a small rubber pice and blocks the leak and puts out a small fire there was*
Detected overheating in the processor, saving and shutting down...
Detected fail in the mechanical storage unit, sending log to prevent data loss...
Data sent.
Final error code M1004.
Shutting down...
*A finall voice manages to get in the data transfer*
-well, seems like I have some work,...-
(his voice gets more and more low while he repeats an ironic laugh untill the mic gets shut down)
