@Leandro Venturini k my favourite is the "bug killer" HIP 16613 system on planet 1 a . There you find crates with raw mats and bracons to scan for mats.
Prepare to be visited by thargoids
just ignore them, they are just curious and will leave peacefully. Just shoot the crates scan beacons, then reset (main menue, back into the game)
Edit: there is another good one in system Koli discii planet c6a.. just crates, no beacons and no visitors.
I recommend an diamondback explorer.. its tiny and therefore easy to find landing spots close to stuff
