Expedition Log #1

Location: Col 285 Sector GD-I C10-15Today I finally managed to get things together to re-outfit my 'Conda. I've rigged it for as much self-sufficiency as possible, hopefully, I'll last a long time.
Took me forever to finally getting around to it, managed to get some Guarding tech installed, engineered the crap out of her as much as I could, hopefully, she'll treat me right.
Today also marks the first steps I take into the deep black. I've been to Witch Head and Bernard's Loop, but no farther than that. Instead, I'm planning on going as far out as I can.
No idea when I'll be home again.
Started my journey jumping through the bubble, the first system I've visited is COL 285 Sector GD-I c10-15, home of a lonely hell planet (or so I'm calling it).
In orbit around the planet, I came across a signal, didn't expect to find anyone near me already, instead came upon the wreckage of another ship. May they rest in peace.

Landed for the night on the body of 1 D, The first night in the longest expedition I plan on undertaking. I have no real end goal in mind, just a series of areas I would like to hit before I head back to the bubble. Currently, I plan on visiting the North America nebula, and it's neighbor. After that, I plan on swinging south to the Soul Nebula, and it's neighbor. The last immediate goal I have is to go to the edge of the galaxy. I don't plan on leaving the galactic plane at all, though that would be fun. I really just want to explore what all is in this galaxy.
