Hello Galaxy,
I am not sure how long I have been in this void now. 4? 5? maybe 7 days? *chuckle* hardly really matters when you have bigger goals to think of. The Spirit of the Adventure my ever faithful and decked out Asp Explorer is still in one piece, although modules are getting worn out. On several occasions I had to power down and reboot systems. Supercharging with Neutron stars is taking a toll on the ship, and more often then not I am forced to do without boosting knowing how it will deteriorate my modules. At any rate, the ship still holds together. Note to self, next time bring duct tape.
I do not have luxury of stopping and exploring every system I visit, but there have been few I saw that just take my breath away. Two stars next to each other so close it would appear the gravity will pull them together at any moment and they will cease to exist. The neutron stars are other celestial bodies that are beautiful to look at, but get too close and you will end up becoming part of it. One always has to keep safe distance from any star.
I am currently on my way to Explorer's Anchorage in Stuemeae FG-Y d7561 system which according to ship's calculations is about 120LY away. Hopefully, I will arrive in one piece and get the much needed repairs. I can only hope everything works out in my favor.
