Born Stellar Eternal - logbook entry 5 - Back in the Black

Well, after some time out of the hot seat, I have returned to the black. My priorities have changed a little bit since last flight. I was a part of a squadron which was great. unfortunately, I just don't think I was right for that squadron. I was able to find another one, a large one. I do feel like I am abandoning the last squad, however the size of this one, The Fatherhood, shows that they have members who are involved in most every aspect of life in space. This is great, it also helps that my interest in politics can be sated here since they have a well established faction that is involved in quite a few systems.
In the time that I have been back, I had decided to make the trip to Colonia, a bucket list thing for me. As it turns out, shortly after the approval of my application with The Fatherhood,join page found here, I learned that a couple Fleet Carriers were bound for Colonia as well. This allowed me to hitch a ride back.
While in Colonia, I decided to pick up a Fer-De-Lance, little bit of a souvenir for myself. I will begin to outfit her for combat, and I started using her for such things immediately. Upon my return to the bubble, I was able to wing with other commanders and make a bit of money doing missions dealing with local pirate factions. Good money which was helpful for me. I might need to start to build up to my own fleet carrier so that I can make use of it's size capacity and other amenities.
Well anyway, nothing very interesting, but that's what has been going on. See you all in space. o7
