The Federal Freedom Party issued a statementScott Orbital, Apademak
On July 26th, Galnet News report that the civil rights organisation Advocacy has confirmed that the PDB and the FIA have abused their power to illegally arrest potential pro-independence supporters, a move that has caused consternation among citizens and members of the Federal Freedom Party.
As a result, the Federal Freedom Party has issued a statement:
"The PDB was originally created to identify terrorists, but after months and months of investigation it has been proven that the PDB has failed to identify the NMLA but become a prop used by the federal government to violate citizens' privacy rights and abuse of power, so we believe the PDB's existence is no longer necessary and should be abolished to calm the situation."
It is not yet known what action the Federal Freedom Party will take, but according to a party member who asked not to be named, the Federal Freedom Party has no plans to leave the Federation.
