I'm so sick of having to pay rent to this asylum in order to run my corporation out of it. Soon enough, we're going to have enough to buy it out from under the Union. Seems a little ridiculous right now anyways, given they're paying us for protection and access to our techs. It really is too bad the ground here is too unstable to have a real shipyard. I shouldn't expect too much of what was an asylum.
