CMDR PAUSANIAS - THE SHIP OF THE MIND EXPEDITION - DAY 50
28 Sep 2020Pausanias
Hi Cmdrs,Well it had to happen sometime! I’m talking about NOT much happening!
The last few jumps to the Carrier didn’t yield much in the way of mapable planets or much of any interest except perhaps this minor planet that hasn’t formed properly . . .
That isn’t a graphics issue in the top right corner, there’s just no planet formed there.
I eventually met up with The Carl Sagan and handed in 11,000,000 in exploration data, which my Stellar Cartographer, Lourdes Tran, gleefully added to the other data. I also handed in some of the Tritium from the Cutter to my Tritium Dealer, Homer Peterson, he was very grateful for this, just look how happy he looks . . .
I’m going to stay on the Carrier tonight, the beds more comfy in my quarters on the Carrier and Cook does look after me with a nice meal before going to bed for the night, cheers Cook.
NOTE - Within the figures below is the distance from Sol, I’m going to be more accurate with that from today, mainly to show that I am moving. By heading to the right on the Galaxy Map the distance from Sol is not going up much.
Total Carrier jump distance since 10th August: 15,500 ltyrs - (Personal note: 30 jumps on 25 Sept)
Total Ship jump so far: 34,694 ltyrs
Total planets Level 3 scanned: 11,428 - this hasn’t updated yet
Total exploration data: 327,500,000 credits
Total systems with my name on: 2572
The Cutter is now 12,936 ltyrs away from Sol - See the note above
TRA X-1 approaches . . .
