I am currently docked in Porta Station, 39 Tauri. I am debating whether to use the same run as before, or to go to Bast instead. I am thinking of Bast because I have not yet been there. I probably will. I do not know what sort of rares are there, but I will find out.I had removed all weapons from the Flutterby previously, but it felt like flying naked so I reinstalled two pulse lasers in turrets. I also added a chaff launcher in the dorsal utility point. I have heard it said that the chaff can interfere with scans, a bonus if I wind up with something illicit in the hold when I need to dock somewhere. The bad experience with the Leesti Evil Juice is still fresh in my mind.
My hope on this run is to upgrade the FSD to an A4. Once that is done I should be pretty much good to go since the Power Plant is already an A4. I do not see much need to go beyond the D4 rating in the Thrusters, but we shall see.
Ultimate goal; make enough to purchase an Asp and probably keep the Flutterby. It will take a while. At least I'll get to know the local trade systems very, very well.
