Well the Gnosis was a bust. So I headed back to civilization. Took my time though and did some exploring on the way home. Hit up some Guardian Ruins and Sites a commander on the Gnosis told me about. Found some more data and artifacts. Hoping to turn these finds into some new guardian/human tech when I get back.
All in all I am super happy with the Krait and will likely spend more money on this ship and use it more. At 44ly range with some guns and other equip still on board it makes a decent exploration vessel. I bet it would be even better if I converted it over fully. I am not sure how much more I am really getting out of DBE with its limited module space. Plus I can spend a lot of time in the Krait where the DBE gets a bit stifling. Rumor is that Delauncy might be coming out with a new model!!! The Krait MK II Phantom??? Hmm..
I took my time getting back and did more exploration. One of the highlights was this absolutely gorgeous ringed water world!!! Don't see these eveyday! I stuck around and took some shots. Even got a good one of Joey Lawson my copilot flying around in one of the Guardian hybrid fighters called a "lance" We were testing its weapons on the asteroids. She got a pretty good shot of the Batoidea too!
