In the year 3302, our people lived together in a small system located in Li Yong-Rui controlled space. For months, we lived in peace, spreading the influence and teachings of our people to the neighboring solar systems. Under the rule of a harsh but fair leader, our home prospered and enjoyed unrivaled economic growth and expansion. However, with the rapid progress we were making, our leader began to lose sight of the core of our peaceful lifestyle.

Near the end of the year 3302, the events that would end an era and change our lives forever began to unfurl. Greed and power began to cloud the judgement of our counselor. As we continued to expand into more and more systems that greed and thirst for power grew stronger and stronger. Until eventually, he was no longer our “harsh but fair” counselor. He became a brutal and tyrannical dictator. He began banishing our people for the smallest of offences, and sometimes for nothing at all. With our world turned upside down, a few of us struck out on our own to reunite with our brethren and find a new home.

For months, we wandered the galaxy in search of a place to settle down. We were not accustomed to the lifestyle of vagabonds and mercenaries, and longed for the peace and order we once had. Eventually all our searching paid off, we found a system over 200 light years to the north in Alliance territory, ruled by Edmund Mahon. It was here in LHS 2471 the Twin Suns Assassins was born. With only a few founding members, comprised of the people who were either exiled, or fled the tyranny that had befallen our old home.

With a new home and a new banner to rally under, we began our crusade to spread our influence and teachings. We seek to rid the galaxy of the tyranny and corruption that drove us from our home, and to usher in an era of peace, hope, prosperity and order. We hope to one day be a household name throughout the Milky Way. To be a group hailed as hero’s and whose name is invoked both in songs of peace and prosperity and as a glorious battle cry to all those who face the same oppression we once did. A group who inspires justice and equality, and who’s influence touches the furthest corners of human inhabited space.

We are the protectors of liberty. We are the refuge for the oppressed. We are the beacon of hope for those long forsaken by their leadership. To all those who have fallen victim to corruption and tyranny, you are not alone. We welcome you with open arms and open minds. We are The Twin Suns Assassins, and we stand ever vigilant.
