CMDR LOG #1-6: 29 May, 3305
I did it. I hit Colonia last week. Unfortunately due to some FSD issues CMDR HMM264DOC never made the rendezvous. As for me I kept the dream alive. Data dumped in Colonia just in case, then pushed on to Sagittarius A*. And lordy what a site to behold. The supermassive black hole is something uncomprehensive. Truly massive in scale and humbling to see. To think I've made it to the center of the galaxy, a site which many may never gaze upon.
I took my time and soaked it all in. In true tourist form I broke out the drone camera and made sure to take lots of selfies in front of the black hole. Not sure I'll ever be out this way again. While this was an unique and fun experience for me, I think I've had my fill of exploring for a while. I feel the itch of combat calling my name and its about time I scratched it. Don't want the Vette to start collecting rust. Maybe I'll have my co-pilot take her out for a test flight to make sure she's in proper working order before I get back home. I pay that guy enough.
I scooted on over the 3.66LYS to Explorers Anchorage to restock and sell the data I collected in between Colonia and Sag A. Back to the bubble for me. Although this concludes my logs for this journey, I look forward to writing more about my upcoming adventures. See you in the black.
