Having had to repair the environmental systems in my Asp Explorer after a too close run in with a neutron star, I have put aside my mining adventures for now. After making a visit to Achenar to see Imperial capitol for the first time, I have jumped past Cubeo and now find myself outside the bubble.
I'm not sure what to think about this trek. I am half exicited and half apprehensive to be in such unexplored territory. Sure, others have been here, the stars have been mapped. But it is still new territory as far as humanoid settling is concerned. There is so much more blackness out here. Whole sectors of space that I can look out upon and not see a glowing waypoint in the distance. The large jumps between starts putting a strain on my fsd. I may have to hope to run into a station and relieve my ship of the srv bay to give me just a few more light years on my jumps. I don't know how long I will be out here, but I have brought some documents with me in hopes that I can spread the word of Aisling Duval while I'm out here.
