began as a corporate-structured, Federation-aligned PMC called Dynamic Federal Acquisitions
privateering under an organizational letter of marque from Felicia Winters. Recognizing that sometimes aid packages and propaganda aren't enough to win hearts and sway minds, they supported Shadow President Winters' objectives through focused and organized combat support (i.e.: privateering)
in strategic areas as deemed necessary. It wasn't long before privateering turned into full-out piracy and the Office of the Shadow President rescinded their letter of marque.
Disenfranchised and disillusioned by the Federation, the DFA leadership team decided to reject any form of government or law not of their own making. To further their own cause of freedom, the re-imagined Black Widow organization threw its support to the independent power Archon Delaine, seeing his territory as their best shot at true freedom. And through organized, focused effort, we will
see that territory grow.
While we are not opposed to PC and XB1 players joining our wing (indeed, you're welcome to join us!), we are focused on the PS4 platform as it is easiest for us to wing up and play the game together if we are on the same platform.
We prefer that our CMDRs be aged 18 and over.
Members as young as 16 may be considered after an assessment interview on Discord.
The PMF's home system is Arakwibut. In addition to supporting Archon Delaine in Powerplay, our BGS efforts also focus on expanding the territory and power of our PMF Black Widow in game. We will expect our CMDRs to station pvp ships in our primary area of operations and keep up with our current goals and objectives on Discord.
It's pretty simple, really.
Join our Discord server, PSN Community "Elite - Black Widow", and register with the Wing here on Inara
(so that prospective members can see this isn't a one-man-show). Don't be a jerk (no racism, no homophobia, all the common sense things). Don't attack NPCs or Players pledged to Archon Delaine. Avoid attacking NPCs and Players aligned with Delaine in general wherever possible
(if you're grinding Fed/Imp rank via. massacre missions and the NPC enemy is aligned with Delaine, it is what it is).
Can you run missions for Empire/Federal factions to grind rank and unlock ships? Yes.
If you need to get that Outsider rank to unlock that Engineer, go for it. If you need to gain ranks to unlock purchasing that pretty Imperial Cutter or Federation Corvette you've been wanting, have fun!
Want to spend a day or two (or a week, or a month) on a long-range exploration trip around the galactic rim? Go for it!
We'll be on hand to escort you back into the bubble with your hundreds of millions of credits worth of cartographic data safely when the time comes.
We're not here to restrict how you play the game. At no time will you be required to do a thing inside the game.
free time, you
paid for the game to relax and have fun, and we want you to do exactly that. We're here to play the game together
and influence the overall Power Play and Background Simulation strategy games as best we can along the way. The only requirement is that you not work against our goals - so if you're grinding merits to get another faction's weapons, we can advise you how best to do so in a way that doesn't hurt us
. Undermining another enemy's systems, for example, and not Delaine's. Common sense, right?
We'll be organizing group activities 2 or 3 nights out of every week. During these times, you'll be encouraged to wing up to go bounty hunting, run CZ massacre missions, farm the CGs, queue up for CQC Arena en masse, go Undermining enemy systems that we have our eyes on and whatever else seems like it will be fun to do as a group
