Adnovi - Shorthand for the Latin phrase "Ad Novum Vitam" - "A New Life"
Adnovi Security Holdings is a privately owned security force which was founded by a group of veterans of the Federal Navy in 3303. The company was founded during the initial power struggle between the Federation and the Empire, and took on many contracts for missions in Empire territory. They have gained a reputation for being extremely loyal to the Federation. The company specializes in High-Value Cargo Transportation, but since the Thargoid attacks began they have found themselves escorting more refugees than cargo.

The company is almost immediately licensed with the local authorities as "Executive Security" giving them the authority to handle enemies of the Federation in the system however they deem necessary. This license was issued under order of Federal Court Authority and overrules any existing Martial Law authority in the sector the license was issued for.
11 JAN 3304 - A confirmed Thargoid attack occurs at the Obsidian Orbital Station in the Maia Sector leaving the Station extremely damaged and under evacuation order. This gains the attention of the Federation and calls to rally for assistance go out across the bubble.
16 JAN 3304 - Adnovi Security Holdings is fully mobilized on a Search and Rescue mission at Obsidian Orbital. Crux Mundy is backed by a Squad of 10 experienced Pilots on his journey outside of the bubble to the Maia sector. The Adnovi Search & Rescue Fleet evacuated around 200,000 refugees from the station over the course of the next 48 hours.
