Jawohl DuffalThe INARA would be a better place if it had less sales influencers and more real players.

I am not sure if there are any sales influencers, but it certainly would be better with less conspiracy theorists and doomsayers.

perhaps the real conspiracy was the doomsaying we met along the way

Girls, read this part out loud because it was actually written to you (I hope you get it.):

Meowers
...
You aren't going to get neither the validation nor the sense of superiority you desperately crave for, except for the stale inflatable imitations you've created in your own mind. And you've already lost, by the simple fact of persisting with the buffoonery you constantly put up, as if another try of stroking the flaccid ego and shoving it into other people's faces could somehow change it. Nobody wants your special opinion on politics, your exquisite real life experience and whatever else you may bring to the videogame forum in your frantic attempts to make you look a more developed and successful person. Videogame forum of the game you terribly suck at. Because it's just like that. You suck.

...

I think you wrote this to yourself.

If everything gets your panties in a punch, the problems is probably between your seat and the keyboard.

I can type "Hello world!" and I am sure you are already hearing whistles and seeing flashing lights "Ban! Block! Delete!". That's not healthy, BTW.

I hope your little exercise of writing about your problems helps you understand yourself a bit better and maybe even restrain you all from whipping each other into a frenzy of impotent rage over nothing.

All I can add is, lady, chill and I hope you get better.

Minor SRV annoyance that happens mostly when I am operating from the turret and not paying attention to whether or not the scoop is deployed:

Scoop deployed: Leaves untargeted loot objects alone, picks up targeted objects.
Scoop not deployed: Leaves untargeted loot objects alone, makes targeted objects disappear.

So because the fdevs cant explain a powerplay mission properly i have now incurred a 80 mill bounty on my ship to release it. if they are going to do missions great!!!! but MAKE IT SOMWHAT CLEAR on what to do !!!!!!!!

Don't touch anything with your wheels - that is the cause rather than cargo scoop deployed or not deployed. The physics around material pickup have been bugged for some time and sometimes contact with them absolutely launches those things (either into orbit or into the underworld/purgatory beneath the planet's surface). If the collision happens correctly said launch will also jumpstart the local SRV space program by a few dozen to a few hundred meters (depending on SRV used and local gravity, or objects which may be in the way).

I made the experience recently when gathering one of the materials for the magic anti-anti Guardian field paste (that is somehow based off of Thargoid materials, because obviously that is how you construct shielding for a Guardian device) in the only place you can get it currently... an Odyssey settlement, which already has obscenely janky vehicle physics/interactions with objects because god forbid you take one into the poor man's FPS arena, and while trying to fiddle around the narrow spaces and said wonky physics a wheel came into contact with the targeted material (scoop was out, yes) and propelled me into a nearby concrete wall at sufficient speed to reduce a Scorpion's hull to 35% and launch it a few dozen meters into the sky in a .47G environment (and a Scorpion is not a light vehicle, though I also don't exactly believe the 30T figure which the game claims ...). Luckily, the next Revenant spawn was not yet underway so I had time to land and give the bugged physics a middle finger while finding a safe spot from which to clear it up.

... and then there was that other incident where I tried driving over a static container laid sideways on the ground and the game's non-functional jank surrounding half of everything Odyssey literally made the Scorpion get stuck like it was fused to the container with the most potent super-glue known to the universe. None of the wheels were on the ground, sure, but that does not excuse the thrusters which are supposed to provide lift doing a grand total of absolutely-freaking-nothing. I ended up using stuck recovery because logging out and back in simply put me right into the middle of an angry Banshee (a very angry and much more potent version of the Goliath skimmer, basically) and five Revenants.

Okay, so the srv shooting off in random directions because it hits a rock or a piece of junk is not just me. I've never had that problem before and was wondering if the guardian site I was at had some wonky physics. Rolling around, run over a panel that's been shot off a tower, and WEEE, we're side-wheeling this bitch! Or land squarely after a jump but go tumble-spinnning in a random direction.

Not sure what it was, maybe a Thargoid power cell, the moment my SRV wheel touched it, it exploded, SRV flew up and all the dropped materials were erased from the area.

  1. New engineer, wants 200T of gold for free, and a stack of materials as they all do.
  2. Grind...
  3. Get the upgrade job going, level 1, 2 + special effect.
  4. Lave the station, and get the level 3 done in another station but not the rest
  5. Go back to the engineers station. Guess what, that clown wont continue with his work unless you start hauling crap to his absolute shait market with below average prices.
  6. Grind more...

They fix spaceships but every single one of those jokers has its shop on a crappy planet(oid). Underground! Galactically stupid? Yes, every single one.

Sure we can fix your lorry. We are located at the bottom of that lake over there...
