This is the Pre-built KRAIT MK II AX TITAN COMBAT JUMPSTART with one minor difference, I fitted an 1E ADVANCED DOCKING COMPUTER in the slot 1.

The A.X specialists are welcome to give their opinion as I do not have much AX experience (killed about 5 scouts, that's all).

Looks like it should work. Just lose the cargo rack and put in either module or hull reinforcement packet. You won't have time to gather stuff in Titan space in the first few attempts. I must say I've been only 5 times in there and did not get proper bombing done. Three vents sabotaged.

It is VERY easy to get lost in Titan-space so couple of first visits will likely end up just to get to know the place. And, getting out is also a skill issue.

I use a Mamba for this for the amount of caustic sinks it can take (I was too slow to get my bearings once so added more).

Thanks for your reply.

I have zero experience (or almost) with Thargoid so I made some modifications to focus on the ships, I swap the Torpedoes launcher for Missiles in the Class 2 Slot.

The Cargo Rack and Limpet Controller will go for MODULE REINFORCEMENT PACKAGES, what I am not sure about is the engineering of those...

Rayman.i could use quick road to riches method and see if that works.

looks that method worked. scanning planets with surface scanner. Scanos-gone, moving on.

If the station is under attack, you can use your advanced docking computers radiators to cook your breakfast. There is no automated docking.

and here is the sauce, how to get out of Sol without losing your "cargo" aka Thargoids dinner:

Fast ship (>300), good boost, no weapons, Electric CounterMeasure, 2 Heat Sinks, SEW pips to 2-4-0. ECM and HS are mapped to keys.
Jump, get hyperdicted, drop out ASAP, HS, load ECM and at the same time pedal to the metal, boost boos boost while FA off... repeat until in the clear, jump out of the system.
This is it.

Hi Thinder, here is my views regarding Titan bombing:

You want to run <20% heat under throttle at all times so the caustic generates don't blow up next to you. It's not a must but makes things a lot easier. If you engineer your Powerplant further to G5 that will do the trick.

Guardian modules (all but HRPs) will decay in Titan space. You either need to engineer them with anti guardian zone resistance or simply exchange them with regular ones.

Caustic sinks are important. I need two of them with ammo capacity engineering to get in and out ok. I would drop the enhanced xeno scanner for it, you won't need it in Titan space.

If you want to attack the Titan, you need Nanite torpedos. Else you need to team up with someone who has them.

I personally use Pee 2, her additional hardpoints and utility slots are helpful plus you can run her cool.

Thanks for your reply. I will not attempt the bombing as I have zero experience with Thargoids, Instead, I will try to find some by being interdicted on the way from Sol to the Rescue ship and engage them.

Here is the modified fit of the Krait Durandal

I will engineer the Powerplant according to your advise.

Thanks!

Check out the builds compiled by the Anti-Xeno Initative. For what you're describing, you'll likely want a Scout-killer to get started (see "Scout Builds"); I suggest avoiding Interceptors until you feel ready. The Vulture build is a quick and cheap starter for that kind of thing, although the Shielded Krait might be fun for you too.

Thargoids will attack you now on your way to Sol and with 0 cargo.

For Scouts, Glaives, Scythes your ship is a good setup. For these, you do not need to reduce heat either. Agility and speed matter - you got that. One caustic sink is still a good choice - with that you do not need to burn that stuff off. Enhanced AX multies would be my pick too.

You can drop the TG pulse neutralizer, that's required for (living) Titans only.

I've been looking for Thargoid but couldn't find any nor did they interdict me on my way to and from Sol, so I'm back to Maiki doing Bountu hunting as I don't have much time to get the next rank.

I'll be back to AX war when there will be open CZs opened.

I mentioned the following tip to Rayman previously too:
You can visit stations (in this case, in Sol) to pick up "bounty" missions for various Thargoid ship types. You don't have to wait to take them on in AXCZs.

Good to know. Thanks! I'd prefer CZs because if I struggle I can assist other Commanders like I did last time with inadequate weapons, I managed to kill 5 Scouts but couldn't take an Interceptor down on my own.

I need <> 2300 Merits to reach Rank 11, once that done I'll aim to Sol to take on those AX missions.

Pick up a fleeing politician (or a group of refugees) form Sol system and hit the road. Thargoid will be on your arse few moments after you enter the Frame Shift.
