All player factions that have a minor faction are required to have a description in the galaxy map i think

You can always reverse engineer it with the player faction listing here on Inara...just enter your location on your Commander's Log page, then when you go to the player factions page it will tell you the 15 nearest factions to your location.

I've been to a fair few locations suggested in the search but have found nothing. Even the stations that supposedly had one 18 minutes earlier. Could the fact I'm on a ps4 change where the ship would be located? Please help, you're my only hope. Thank you..
As far as I know, Cobra Mk IV isn't available on PS4 at this moment, unfortunately. Maybe it will change in the future, only FDevs know...

ChabberwockyHi, I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I find it frustrating that massacre missions are still offered even when the system is in a ceasefire state. Is this or can this be rectified? Thanks!

They give us the Cobra IV on Xbox if we bought Horizon the first month I think. They should give it to the people that pre-ordered on PS4 at least.

Stellar_AryanFellow veteran here but new to this page/forum. Does anyone know what happened to the minor faction "space poultry" ? I tried to reach cmdr hipster cutthroat by sending them a wing request and private message but I just cant get a hold of him. Hopefully this player minor faction is not a dead one, I read their history about diamond frogs taking over Xihe and I just want to join their faction and fight the good fight.
This minor faction still seems to be in the game, but probably it is really a dead one.
