Emerald Dawn Operations Report 11MAR

OPREP-5
Emerald Dawn, Sawait
As of 110210ZMAR3310

Overview:
Primary evacuation targets have shifted to Muruidooges and H Puppis, the two most populated systems under attack by Thargoids from the Hadad Maelstrom. Primary resupply and recovery efforts are focused on Vogulu and HIP 29596.

Cargo Holds are at 43% capacity. Emergency evacuation shelters and basic medicines are the most requested items and have reached critically low storage levels. Urgent LOGREQS have been submitted to replenish these items, with a target of 3000 tons each.

Passenger Berthing is at 35% capacity, (17,658 evacuees) with a projected 50% within two weeks.

Tritium Depot is at 100% capacity. The reserve target of 4000 tons has been met, allowing for extended operations without the need to refuel, and for the transfer of emergency fuel to other carriers.

AX Activity:
Because Sawait is not currently under threat of invasion, the carrier’s AX fighters have been assigned to escort rescue and supply vessels operating in systems with heavy Thargoid activity. Within the past seven days they have engaged in fifteen actions, protecting the lives of over 1000 evacuees on board unarmed transport vessels. One AX escort suffered moderate damage, necessitating two days of down time in order to get the vessel back in fighting condition.

It should be noted that rescue efforts in H Puppis have been significantly aided by the vigorous defense of the system.

Items of Interest:
Decreasing Thargoid activity in H Puppis is a direct result of the coordinated defense of the system and may be indicative of an impending Thargoid withdrawal. With recovery supplies running low, it is imperative that LOGREQS be expedited in order to ensure there is no lapse is Repair and Recovery operations.

The Emerald Dawn has received requests from several media outlets for a statement regarding the recent death of former ERS Public Relations VP, Stefan Vasilescu. All requests have been denied and the media has been directed to contact ERS Public Relations for official statements regarding Mr Vasilecu’s death.

Submitted.
