[UPDATE 2] PSA: Removal of illegal structures and Avatar Summoning re-enabled in upcoming patch

Hey everybody, We have a new update to share about the upcoming fix for illegal structures. We've been gathering feedback for the past few days and there has been a lot of confusion and frustration regarding the extent of this fix and how there were some situations in which the initial wipe could or could not target some edge case scenarios.
