Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Last week I collected a lot of Merits for Powerplay 2.0. Unfortunately, these were not honored. I'm still rank 0, although the new cycle started today. Does anyone have a similar problem?

This person has done it several times now and didn't even change the starting sections, sometimes only seeming to change the date/time to "Today", though I did not read theirs for possible changes because I never had an interest in the first place. This most recent time of this occurrence, it's just one slightly more recent and one older entry split into two halves.
Unless it's also too infrequent to be a bother (or worth the bother).

I think you need to complete some mission(s) first to get the ranks (not sure though, I am not pledged for testing purposes, so other guys will know better). In any case, your merits on Inara seems to correspond to values in the journal from the last import yesterday.

Although there technically cannot be made much about the entries republishing (as it can be bypassed by simply copying the text and publishing it as a new entry), there isn't that hard to detect it may have happened and put some penalty on the entries and/or the account. I will check how often this behavior happens, thank you for reporting.

I can only say I've seen it a few times from that user, including what just looked like changing the date on an entry which had been published weeks or even longer prior, because the shinies on it were still present.
These ones though, just looks like they were split into two pieces (A and B), as "new" entries (but if slight changes to them exist I don't/couldn't see them, even so I don't think it warrants fully reposting or putting them back on the main page). Meowers may also be able to confirm what I'm saying about how this isn't the first time these (re)appeared.

you have to complete your personal tasks for this power at least once in order to unlock the rank progression. After that the tasks are optional for the coming weeks.
your merits are saved in the background and will show up once the ranks are unlocked, so no worries: you have not lost anything. It just does not show yet.
