Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Marcus BroncoHello, thank you for this amazing tool. This is seriously a big helper to the game even if the game offers actually stuff that has to be learned to be used by the player.
I noticed though that there is something missing for the Odyssey players at least in search, station list of a system.
It's the tabs like "vista genomics" that are missing from the list of settlements\starports\outposts etc, you cannot filter the order of such places knowing which one is featuring such services inside like Vista Genomics. It would be cool if this could be implemented.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes - not all services are listed here to keep the filter smaller, only the major/most used. But it's right that Vista Genomics may be useful there as well, I will add it into the filter.
AnsicREQUEST: Add an ability to view materials by subtype (so that thargoid materials or guardian materials can be viewed in separation)
Technically, they are already grouped by subtype under Inventory > Components by type already, but I will make it a little bit more obvious and easier to navigate, thank you for the feedback. For the rest I would like to keep them in the alphabetical order.

Thank you for the update! The changes are up, but I will reset the Powerplay claims with the Ascendancy game update anyway. It will be much easier to deal with the not-exploited-anymore star systems or possible old inaccuracies this way and I suppose the data will populate back relatively fast.

So it will be automatically updated for PP 2.0 like bgs changes using journal updates, right?

Yes, but I just still don't know how reliable will be updates making the star systems unoccupied, because the journal records have some lacks in that regard (unless Frontier will do something about it for the game update release). But other than that, it should be automatic and accurate (assuming somebody flew through the respective star systems).

- atmosphere (yes / no)
- rings (yes / no)
- gravity (decimal range)
And then, depending on what other data is available, thinks like
- distance to parent body (decimal range)
- distance to nearest star (decimal range)

I use DATA-Best prices (new) and I travel to Fleet Carriers who give good prices. But when I arrive I can't sell anything because Bartender is closed. So far so bad.
But when I look again at Inara after an hour or so same Carrier offers same amount of cargo same price. Error? Bug?

A.G.DuranHi Artie, just remembered the events from the war start. ANd currently we have megaship remnants in HIP 22460. All 3 should be set to state: Destroyed. Because it is.
Thanks. As they physically are still there and I do not to add an extra state for just two objects, I think the (heavily) damaged state will work for now. But I will keep it in mind for a case more objects (stations, megaships, etc.) of this kind will appear.

No idea, but you can measure it on your own by killing them and checking the rank progress.

I am sorry, it's not likely - it's just a niche search with a limited use which will also clutter the search form a lot (not speaking of the work involved) that it doesn't seem to be worth an effort.

I am not sure, I think that I have noticed some reports earlier that bartenders aren't open in the game although they should due to the game bug, so it may be this case, but I may be wrong about that. But please provide me some carrier names and I will check what data came in, just to be sure the issue isn't there.

Hmm... that carrier doesn't have any bartender offer/demand at the moment and it seems there probably wasn't any before, too. It however has some stuff on the regular market (so commodities, no components). Maybe it was just some oversight. In any case, if you will meet with this problem again, a screenshot what you saw in the search on Inara and what is in the game would be the best, thanks.

Thanks. Yes, that's the regular market, not a bartender, so you should be able to sell Bromellite to these carriers via a regular market screen, without leaving your ship. As I am checking the data, it should be correct at the time of the update.

- Added Mandalay, Concord cannon, new Powerplay-related goods/data, and new Powers. A few things still need an update, like the Mandalay price and it will be resolved once the game update is live.
- Added support for Powerplay 2.0 and the Powerplay updates are now fully automated on Inara. Due to the limited information the game journals are providing there may some problems occur (especially with star systems becoming unoccupied), but if that will happen I will sort these out once the live data starts to pour in. Also, if you would like to have some outputs for Powerplay that aren't here, please do not hesitate to let me know. I will try to incorporate them (although not everything may be possible for technical reasons or due to the limited journal data mentioned).
- To ensure the Powerplay data are correct and up to date, all Powerplay information for the star system was reset. I expect it will populate with new values within a day or two after the game update is released.
- Due to the changes in Ascendancy and in-game Power pledge reset your pledged Power on Inara was reset, too (including the preferred Power for squadrons). Feel free to adjust it as necessary.
- There may be changes in the outfitting discounts and thus I would appreciate any information about discounts in star systems, especially under the influence of Archer (weapons), Mahon (cargo racks, hull reinforcements), Patreus (imperial ships), and if discounts for Li-Yong Rui also apply for other star systems than strongholds. Similarly, I would like to confirm if the flat trading bonuses for Mahon, Torval, and Grom are gone or are still valid in some form.
- The "Grade from/to" in crafting lists was changed to "Current grade" and "Target grade" to make it less confusing. The "from/current" grades of your existing lists were adjusted accordingly.
- Star system traffic numbers were adjusted to show just the exact number of Inara commanders, so it's no longer an estimate of all commanders there (which was only an approximate estimate and not entirely on par with the ship number traffic reported by the game anyway).
- Squadron member activity is now invisible to Recruit and Reserve ranks (to limit spying on squadrons by fresh recruits).
