Sir SprockettI love it, that in the Codex there is a stat column for the number of "passengers ejected".
Because is no rabbits to kill in space.

Episparh... And slaves and imperial slaves are considered cargo and traded in tons.... I need to check how a canister slaves look now!
Canister slave LOL
It's somewhat weird about this slaves transports. In the ancient Frontier Elite II there was different way: you had to buy a Life Support module for cargo bay to be able to haul slaves. This was also needed for transport of Live Animals.

And if you leave the station or planet without life support in your cargo bay, they'll turn into an animal meat cargo (both slaves and animals).

I heard they turned into fertilizer.

KarinkaI am not sure because I don't remember this well, but I think Sakashiro is right - they turned into fertilizer.
Well, being turned into an "animal meat" will eventually lead them to turning into a fertilizer anyway, so I cannot argue on that.

In X3 you could capture a passenger vessel (force pilot to eject), dock it at pirate port, turn passengers into slaves and sell them. All passengers had their names and were treated like "unique items", but when turned to slaves, they were counted by quantity. You could also pick up the pilot and do the same thing.
In fact, it was more of a headache than a source of profit.
Maybe enslaving passengers in Elite can be an option to implement in the future... :p
