Did you use Gorilla Arms with the Animal Knuckles mod?

Another method I've seen recommended is to drop a non-lethal melee weapon in the ring before the fight begins. You can then equip it and use it during the fight.

Haven't started that quest line yet, so I can't comment on how well any of this works without additional attribute levels and perks though.

This game is putting in work on consoles, my god. This is not even 4K Quality Mode, but the SX's 60 FPS Performance Mode.

I'm playing it on GeForce Now.
It's amazing seeing my PC display graphics my GPU isn't even capable of and having the game run perfectly smooth on ultra settings.

Sometimes there's input lag, but I hardly ever notice it. I definitely don't feel like I wasted my money buying 6 months' worth of GeForce Now when I got Punk.
Think I'd have a much lower opinion of the game if I was trying to play it on my out-of-date system.

Umm.. bout 5 years out of date mostly. I'm at work so I can't dive into systems as print you a specs rundown.

Punk runs ok on medium settings with frame drops when there are lots of actors on screen or plenty going on. I'm gonna tinker with the settings after the next patch because there are quite a few mods I'd like to try out. Not least of all the performance enhancements.

GeForce Now is fantastic, but it's vanilla Punk only and I want to run it with the big list of improvements the modding community has created.
Driving is bloody difficult because I don't use a controller and the minimap is fekin useless. By the time my turning is displayed on the map, I've zoomed past it.

Driving by keyboard sucks indeed. GTA IV had the same problem. GTA V introduced mouse steering, which was great. Sadly this hasn't become a standard yet. Unless I missed it somewhere in the settings...

I feel the pain of driving without mouse control sister!
One of the mods fixes that and another makes the mini-map useful. On top of all the cosmetic, and clothing appearance mods I'm looking forward to 1.07. That way I'll have a good Punk avatar to replace Lambs old one.

In the meantime, vanilla Punk on GeForce now is great, well as good as Punk can be.

There are a lot of graphical settings in the game that can be dialed down to medium or even low with very little impact on visuals. Digital Foundry made a detailed video about it, so you can judge for yourself if the changes are acceptable to you before you apply them.

Thx for the vid, but I looked at that already. After playing it on ultra/psyco, it's hard to go back.

When 1.07 is out and the mods I want are compatible with it, I'll gladly let my old PC take on the challenge unaided.
