Oh, and since the topic for some reason seems to focus on Germany again let us read from my country's constitution, the Grundgesetz (Basic Law):

Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany

Article 2
[Personal freedoms]

(1) Every person shall have the right to free development of his personality insofar as he does not violate the rights of others or offend against the constitutional order or the moral law.

(2) Every person shall have the right to life and physical integrity. Freedom of the person shall be inviolable. These rights may be interfered with only pursuant to a law.


And with those I think everything that needs to be said has been said.

So... If you have Netflix, I highly recommend Arcane. Based on League of Legends, it stands on its own. The writing, voice acting and animation are all superb imo. FTR I have never played LoL and don't know the first thing about it.

Dude it got the go ahead for Season 2! I enjoyed it, but the cliff hanger at the end of the season left me shocked.

The articles were quoting a total number of four virologists: Andrew Pollard (UK), Alexander Kekulé (Germany), Hendrik Streeck (Germany), and Christian Drosten (Germany). I linked to mainstream news outlets, you call them "sensationalist rags". I guess that illustrates the problem.

Artie is right, let's leave it at that. In a year or two we'll see whose comments aged better.

Well, we can agree on 1 thing at least. Artie is right. Shame really as I would have pointed out that those German quotes are likely in the German articles I didn't read for the reason you conveniently quoted me on. Oh well. Now that we've cleared all that up any further comment on this matter would be flagrant disregard of Artie's instruction.
