I have no idea, still navigating it. The issue tracker is slow and it frankly sucks.
My main issue is that all the issues/bugs there are filled by players and they do not follow a common domain specific language, hence making it pure mess.
It could be worse. At the very least it forces you to search for possible similar tickets before starting a new one. Granted, if you use different wording to describe the issue you can still make redundant tickets. For me, it's not so messy a tracker. It is SLOW with ridiculous lag time between clicks and results. Click the wrong thing and you need to start from scratch, and it constantly throws that pile of other products in your face before you can continue what your actually working on.
It's not the worst support site there is, but it's far from the best as well. Is why I don't bother with bug reporting unless the issue has some semblance of maybe being an issue with my hardware/software.
