M. LehmanTesting is something that those other companies do. That and render culling.

And community relations.

And betas.

They had a beta. The ones that baught Odyssey as a finished product right after the "Alpha" are playing beta and being beta testers. For those that pre-ordered it well doing that any more with games is a crap shoot.

How dare you suggest that Odyssey was anything but a polished, fully finished product at release!

Does anybody use Greater Range on their weapons? I'm under the impression it is good on paper but not so good in reality.

It makes sense for some weapons. Even Executioner have a damage falloff after 100m, not that I recommend it as mod to it.

IMO, Intimidator, Aphelion, Eclipse, Zenith and AR-15 looks like good candidates. Some CMDRs use it on Tormentor but I think it is waste of engineering slot there.

What about Stability? I think it is probably okay for the Oppressor but what about the Tormentor?

Stability is good for fast firing weapons. On Tormentor you have enough time to compensate between shots. Probably a good mod for all auto-fire weapons plus kinetic and laser sidearms.

I am still wondering of the last mod for my Tormentor. I have noise suppressor, audio masking and stowed reload. Current mods into consideration are magazine size or hip firing accuracy with later being less appealing.

Sad there's no 'fire rate' upgrades. Had a crazy idea about converting Executioner (with extended mag capacity) into some kind of high-power assault rifle.

It also increases precision which makes it a great mod for the shotgun or any full automatic kinetic weapon.

Is that for high CZs or normal missions? For missions the Tormentor can 2 hit kill anything. When it comes to CZs I rely on the L-6.

My Tormentor does extra headshot damage, which I didn't think was really worth it but maybe it's better than I give it credit for.

So I had Damage Resistance on a suit at G3, now it is at G5 but the values it is showing are the base G5 values for resistances and not the modified resistance values. I remember the modified resistance values being correct while it was at G3. Is it just not showing in the menus or is it genuinely not being applied? I wonder if you have it before G5, does it disappear when you upgrade your suit? The same suit has Shield Regen (since G4) but it is displaying the modified values at G5 so idk...

i have engineered nothing on my person suit or weapons. i simply cant be bothered and idk where to find most of the data stuff.
