Okay, thank you. I am still working on Opinion Polls but I have been getting all the other data for the other engineers in the process so I shouldn't need to do any additional grinding for those.

EpisparhI used to collect some OP before at restoration missions which are no more. So probably the best way is to grind them through rampage in touristic settlements in anarchy systems.

Yeah I've been doing Tourism locations but it is still slow. I get maybe 1 OP every 60-90 mins on average. I think there are certain sub-genres of Tourism settlements that have certain data more than others. For example, one settlement I went to gave a lot of Smear Campaigns (I got 10 in 3 tries), but the settlement I am at now has never given even one SC over hundreds of tries. OP seem to be rare everywhere I guess.

EpisparhThat is very common. At least it is not a game breaking as NPCs in a ground CZ, shooting at everyone while being protected by solid surface or wall.
during combat i just annoy them get on my ship and shoot them. they cant shoot me through my shields.

Edit: Actually, I may try it tonight since I've done collecting materials for my planed Air Dominance Rocket Launcher build.
Quick update:
Went to Arsenault's View in FULLERENE C60.
1st run - no OP
2nd run - 2 OP
They drop as I remember them. If you are just after OP you can raid that anarchy settlement in 5-10 min including the reset.
P.S. Now I have OP x3 unfortunately I cannot mail them.

KurakilDoes Night Vision drain the battery that much or is it even noticeable? I haven't unlocked it yet but it was in my list of things to get.
It drains the battery but I do not think it is noticeable. The consumption is similar to the torch light or even lower.
I highly recommend NV at least on Maverick. It is invaluable for night assassination or anything in a dark/shady settlements as it expands your view zone.

I probably will not get Improved Battery Capacity then. Maybe Combat Movement instead. I already have Damage Res and Shield Regen.
