One thing is that when you enter a building with an atmosphere your character automatically puts down the helmet which seems kind of dumb in a combat situation to remove your only head protection when your shields are down.

I also think there will be new weapons coming at some point just like it happened for ships when thargoid combat became a thing. I just hope to get a Gauss rifle at some point.

There are headshot damage multiplier when shields go down, so I doubt helmet provide any protection. Immersion is not my thing.

EpisparhYeah, I know. That was my last project a dominator with jump assist and 2x L-6 with Stowed reload and faster reload.

Still, not very effective vs airborne CMDRs.

Be like Obi-Wan, always have the higher ground.

Nothing of this will help you hit mobile and jumping target. Rocket launchers and plasmas are too slow.

What's wrong with these Community goals? I can't take this mission. The site says it's still going on, but there are no Community goals available on the menu.

I saw a post in game talk section were they had to log in through Horizons to take the community goal, then back to Odyssey. They were active then for the CG in Odyssey.

I saw a post in game chat were they had to log in through Horizons to take the community goal, then back to Odyssey. They were active then for the CG in Odyssey.

Thanks, started it in Horizons, wondering if I should switch to Odyssey

It is known issue with Odyssey, you need just to quit to desktop while landed in CG Station, when you start again the game even in Odyssey you will have the CG sign up option.

Thank you. It seems to me that this is not an issue, but a bug. I think it's strange, this bug should not pass the standard test cases, but it is.
This kind of bugs (in the basic functionality) undermine the reputation of the developer company.
That's sad.

Oh, you are assuming Frontier have a testing strategy and even detailed test cases. How cute is that?
