Also I noticed the colored hair for Holo-me is much better so now red is not pale/faded glossy pink anymore.

Medium-fair skin seems to have been adjusted, too.

KurakilHas anyone bothered to mod an Artemis suit? There are a few I can think of that would benefit it (Reduced Tool Battery Consumption, Improved Battery Capacity, Night Vision) but nothing that could be considered essential.

I have Night Vision, Reduced Tool Battery Consumption, Improved Jump assists and increased sprint duration. And sometimes I use it for odyssey missions, just to make it a little more interesting and because it has the best jetpack

Mods I use for artemis suit
Improved Jump Assist
Improved Battery Capacity
Reduced Tool Battery Consumption
Increased Air Reserves

Invested for full survivality in case i need to emergency afk and forget leave to main menu. I dont need really night vision cuz i just scan plants in where the star lights the planet.

Snap, I have the same build. Night vision and jump assist are really useful on the Artemis suit.

Artemis suit upgrades are absolutely not necessary. Achieved Elite:Exo with zero mods. I now have a Grade 2 suit with NV that I found at a vendor. It will only be used on those rare occasions when the plant is only located on the night side. Other than that, a suit with the following mods, in order of priority, might be useful but not worth the grind to get them:

Increased sprint duration - saves time .
Reduced Tool Battery consumptions and Increased batter power - more clicks before recharge
Improved jump assist - the last thing marginally useful only as a sprint duration increaser and because arte suit gets best jetpack. Organisms don't like higher gravity so it's rarely an issue.

Looking back I actually think from all the named useful upgrades, the battery (or anything related to it) was the most useless one.
Since everyone will be using a ship or an SRV when exploring anyway, you'll basically have an infinite charging source with you at all times.
And in settlements, you can basically charge anywhere or collect those charging batteries.

They're useful for 2 situations: when you're in a Shangri-la area and there's more than 3 life forms to scan it saves you a trip to recharge/e-pack consumption, and areas where the terrain is too harsh to use an SRV/find a landing spot near the flora.

Again, the mods are NOT necessary nor are they worth the grind you'd need to do to earn them. IF you happen to find an Artemis suit with 1 or 2 of these kind of mods then enjoy your luck!

Yeah, it just seemed to me they were all for convenience rather than anything substantial. I do find night vision quite useful on any suit however.

Do you have the FidelityFX on ?! if not I would recommend enabling it. And what are your system specifications?

i5-9600k 3.7ghz, 16gb ram, rtx 2080 super
and the setting is the fx quality?

Not much to do about it at the moment. Performance has increased but is still horrendous in ground cz's. Settings and hardware doesn't affect much.
14 Nov 2021, 12:07pm
but how can i get 30 fps at least?
14 Nov 2021, 1:58pm
I'm now getting 60fps at most places in settlements, but I haven't tried ground CZs yet.
