Rayman.Any of you also have problem of changing a ship by accessing the "manage your ships" menu after update 12?

Kurakil I did some basic testing and assumed character height was about 2m to make things easier. Either way it is all approximations. I used the side of a tall building at a surface port that had various markings to make distinguishing height differences a little easier. A particular mark was the exact same height as the character so that was my reference measurement. Feel free to be more robust about it if you feel so inclined (or show me where I can get actual values).

0.33g Without With Difference
Dominator ~10m ~11m 10%
Maverick ~12m ~15m 25%
Artemis ~24m ~30m 25%


this is very nice the only infos i found about the suits are on ed wiki but there is nothing about trust behavior written. only info is that every suit has a mass of 100 KG. the slots and tools are different (and maybe count to the mass calculation).

I wonder how the wiki knows the mass of those suits. I don't see that stat appear anywhere in the game.

I guess I didn't mention it... the with/without refers to the Improved Jump Assist mod.
Also for all suits, the Increase Sprint Duration mod doubles the amount you can sprint and leaves the total recovery time unchanged.

NEW with 12.01 - As reported earlier and deemed very much an issue of note:

Typing within the comms menu, as well as typing within the Galaxy map and other areas of text entry in game, currently fails to override Commander keybinds, so if you are typing messages/chat to fellow Commanders and have keys bound to the keys you're typing out with, those binds are still active and inflicting actions associated with them.

That's a nasty one. Better unbind that jettison key ASAP.

Flooding the station with dozens of tons of grain quickly taught me to unmap the "Jettison all" key.

The fix for typing problem mentioned was just deployed, by the way.

I had the key mapped for a while. One day out of curiosity I loaded up some cheap cargo and jettisoned it after submitting to a NPC pirate interdicting me. I wanted to see if instant jettisoning would stop the pirate's attack, but the pirate kept shooting at me. So I unmapped the key. It's useless.

Feels/looks like something many earlier 3D flight sim games had for terrain back in the early/mid 90s.
